From 65 hours to 5 minutes with this trick...
I'm not talking about my time in bed...
I'm way too busy.
I'm being pulled in every direction
My head feels like it's about to explode
These are thoughts I've had before You've likely experienced this very thing as well
Know what that's called?
"anautomatous"
In other words - the ABSENCE of Automations
Did I make that shit up?
You bet.
Is it still true?
Damn right.
Let me walk you through this:
We worked with a client of ours recently, 7-Figure e-commerce agency, 4 Different departments.
They brought us on to streamline ops within their Client Success department.
Their CEO was in the exact same shoes that you're in. Constantly being pulled in every different direction by each department.
He told us that he wanted to start creating content Unfortunately he just couldn't find the time...
You and I both know that's tragic, considering how valuable content is.
So how could we solve this?
Here's what we did: We went into his business and broke it down into 5 Parts:
1. Reporting
2. Accountability
3. Project Management
4. Communication
5. Decision Making
Today I am going to take you through one of the automations I built for Reporting.
65 hours
65 fucking hours.
This is how much time each month they had an employee going through & manually pulling Ad Data which they would then take and create a presentation for their clients each week.
Time consuming and tedious. They wanted to move her to a project management type of position.
So Zoro had to come in and work his magic.
There were two pieces of this automation.
1. Hyros We set up Weekly & Monthly Reports from Hyros.
This scheduled reporting made it easy to gather the info we needed on a timely basis Ensuring they had it in time for their presentations.
The second part was the longer half
2. Zapier Automation
This was admittedly the hardest part, I ran into a LOT of issues.
Despite the simplicity of the automation we ran into issues with the following:
1. Finding & Identifying the correct rows
2. Pulling the correct data and numbers
3. Formatting the data in the presentation
4. Hitting Token limits with GPT (there was a lot of data lmao)
But eventually we got it to work. Keep in mind, this was a single automation.
Across a single department, ONE department...
They turned 65 hours… into 5 Minutes
Mindblowing
Tasks are getting done on time
Clients are kept within the loop
Everyone can focus less on the admin BS and focus more on getting fucking results
Onto the other departments next
